A handicap without a club
A golf handicap tracker that needs no club
Score your rounds and Golf Daddy builds your Handicap Index automatically, using the same best-8-of-your-last-20 method as the World Handicap System, with net double bogey capping blow-up holes. It starts estimating from your first finished rounds and settles as you play more.
On the day, your index becomes a course handicap for the tees you are playing (slope and rating are in the app for every course), the right allowance is applied for the format, and your strokes land on the right holes. Nobody is counting shots on the first tee.

Common questions
Is it an official WHS handicap?
No. An official Handicap Index in the UK comes from a golf club or England Golf's iGolf. Golf Daddy's social index uses the same method and is ideal for golf with mates and society days where official recognition is not needed.
How many rounds before I get a handicap?
Golf Daddy starts estimating from your first finished rounds and refines it as you log more. The WHS itself issues a first index from 54 holes.
Do team rounds count?
Individual stroke play and Stableford rounds count. Scrambles, Foursomes, Greensomes, Chapman and shambles do not, because you do not play your own ball throughout. Golf Daddy applies this automatically.
